Camillian Formation House

Supporting boys who study our order at Camillain Formation House

Camillian Formation House Chiang Rai is under the care of Camillian Social Center Chiang Rai and was officially opened in 2005.

Its purpose is to educate, and train catholic teenage boys in Northern Thailand, studying grade 7 to grade 12, who are interested in the Camillian order mission and potentially becoming a brother or priest.

At present we have 15 seminarians from Mae Hong Son, Chiang Mai, and Chiang Rai provinces. They are from hill tribes which are Akha, Karen, and Hmong.

The boys receive thorough training including teachings on the basis of humanity, Catholicism and the Camillian charism and order mission. They have the opportunity to choose the path that is right for them and their future.
